We craft our hooded towels, towelling robes and washcloths in ultra-soft bamboo and breathable cotton, chosen for their natural absorbency and gentleness on sensitive skin.

What age is a hooded baby towel for?
A hooded baby towel works from birth up to around two to three years old.
Our towels are cut with generous dimensions so they wrap a newborn completely from head to toe, while still providing full coverage as your baby grows into an active toddler. The hood keeps tiny heads warm immediately after the bath, when body temperature drops fastest.
As babies start standing and walking, many parents add or transition to the Towelling Robe, sized 0-6 months, 6-12 months and 1-2 years, which lets them stay warm and dry while moving around freely.
Does a hand-stitched name survive years of washing?
Yes. Every name is embroidered directly into the weave with durable thread rather than printed or heat-pressed onto the surface.
Because the thread is stitched into the fabric, it won't peel, crack or fade over time. You can wash our towels and robes on a normal family laundry cycle, and the stitching will stay crisp and intact for the entire life of the towel.

A baby towel gets used almost every evening, which is why fabric weight and weave matter. We use pure bamboo and cotton towelling because both absorb moisture on contact without requiring rough rubbing on delicate newborn skin.
Each hooded towel comes paired with a matching washcloth, sized specifically for the small jobs a large towel can't do: gently washing facial creases and behind the ears during the bath, and drying tiny toes without friction.

What is a baby washcloth used for?
A baby washcloth is designed for targeted, gentle cleaning where a full-size towel is too bulky. It is used during bath time to clean delicate face creases, behind ears and skin folds without irritating sensitive skin, and serves as a quick clean-up cloth between baths.
