At Lovingly Signed, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We’re well-known for our high-quality products and exceptional customer service. While we’re confident you’ll love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.
Returns
Not completely satisfied? No problem! You have 7 days from the delivery date to return non-personalised items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Personalised items are made just for you, so they are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or with a defect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at uae@lovinglysigned.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved, and if so, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, often the same day! If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched.
