How do I build my own gift set?

1) Select the number of items you'd like to put inside our free luxurious gift box.

2) Choose the items you'd like to add into the box. Prices per item are shown on the right. The total amount will be reflected.

Can I add other products to this set?

Absolutely! You can add the other products to the cart as a separate item and let us know in the Special Instruction Box at checkout that you wish to pack everything in the same gift box.

How long will it take to personalise and deliver my order in UAE?

We offer same day and next day delivery options in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Deliveries to all other Emirates will take an additional 1-2 days.

Can you share a photograph of my gift box prior to sending it?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of gifting, and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. A photo of your personalised gift box will be shared with you prior to shipping.

My purchase is a gift, can you remove the price tags/invoices and receipt from the package?

Absolutely! All our packages are lovingly gift-wrapped and come without any price tags, invoices, or receipts. It's ready to be given as a special surprise.

How do I receive delivery updates?

You'll receive two email updates: one confirming your order has been scheduled for delivery, and another to let you know when your order has been delivered. In addition, our driver will contact the recipient on the morning of the delivery to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Can I request for the delivery to be made on a specific date?

Yes, you can!
Simply specify your preferred delivery date in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout.

Can I collect my order from your office?

Yes, you can!
Simply choose the "pickup" option on the shipping page during checkout. We will inform you once your order is ready to be collected. Our office is located in Al Quoz 4, Dubai.

Can I exchange or return products if I made a mistake in my order?

We understand mistakes happen. Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns where the customer has changed their mind or made an error while ordering. To ensure your personalised gifts are perfect, please double-check the spelling of names and any other details before placing your order.
